One of the island’'s longest-serving GPs, Dr Elizabeth Guthrie is well known to most folk on Arran. A keen golfer and a supporter of a wide range of island initiatives, she lends her professional skills to the operation of the Trust.

For many years the Post Mistress at Brodick Post Office, ex Justice of the Peace Janice Small is a familiar face to many Arran residents. Janice brings to the Trust her keen eye for detail and valuable experience of administrative procedures. She also has experience of charitable fund raising, frequently cycling all over the world to support the work of Dr Graham’'s Homes.
Helen Nelson has lived on Arran for the last twenty years and with her husband and two children has lived in the Trust house for the last five. ’"We love it! I am an assistant manager at the local charity shop, Arcas; I also run the Arran food bank, so charitable work is very close to my heart. The Mary Davies Trust is a wonderful organisation and I am proud to have been and continue to be a part of it.’"
